The famous singer cum religious scholar and a religious show host Junaid Jamshed has met criticisms from large group of people as one the pictures from a show got widely posted on the social network websites. In the picture, Suraj Baba the screenwriter is found on the right side of his shoulder while the legendary Pakistani film actress, Roohi Bano stands on the left side. Junaid is found to put arms over the shoulders of the guests.
Fans of JJ have criticized him stating it to be against ethics. People have stated that a religious scholar like him should not photograph a picture with a woman so close to him, since touching of Na-mehrams is forbidden in Islam. People have been of opinion that if it had been the Geo TV host Amir Liaquat then this news item must have been circulated widely with heavy criticisms on him, his piousness and character but since it is JJ so no strict words have been used against him.
Amir Liaquat Geo TV host Islamic show host and a man rich of Islamic knowledge is often the victim of oppositions by the masses over his wrong use of words or sometimes his fierce attitude. His edited pictures are post on Facebook and related videos.

Pakistani Cricketers Who Fell in Love with Foreign Beauties

Cricket is a sports game which gives a blur thinking of foreign trips, stadiums full of massive crowd, luxury lifestyle and image of millions of fan followers as we talk about it. All those playersthey be batsmen, bowlers, fielders who are devotee, for whom playing for their country’s pride and being loyal to the profession is the utmost priority do not only earn fame, respect become millionaire at local level only but they are those who get international recognition due to their skills, talent and the passion towards their team and game. These figures have massive fan following belonging from all age groups from children to male, female who would run after the celebrities and waste their time and money to get their autographs or even a slight look of their superstars.
The sport personalities are approached locally and internationally in the dance parties, TV shows, concerts where they get to interact with their fans who may range from dark to fair, belonging to diverse age group, religion, country. These days there are more female cricket fans then previously they used to be. After getting chance to meet their inspirational figures, women fly in air and what good can be more than this if their ‘heroes’ fall for them? Then what happens is getting in the relationship of marriages as it had had happened with Imran Khan and Jemima, Mohsin Khan and Reena Roy. Shoaib Malik and Sania Mirza, our swing champion Wasim Akram has also added up in the list.
Getting in close ties with foreigners gets important for the cricketers who are near to their retirement since after their retirement their sole earning depends on playing counting and doing commentaries in games. It is the time when the news items of relationships stir and sometimes end up in marital relations.
The former opener and member of former team selection Mohammad Ilyas laid down the way for such happenings who got married in England after which Younis Ahmed, Waseem Hasan Raja, Saqlain Mushtaq, Imran Khan and Yasir Arafat joined the lane.
Asian bread man Zaheer Abbas, former dashing opener Mohsin Khan and all rounder Shoaib Malik married Indian women.

The sport celebrities face several criticisms and oppositions mostly from the families and countries where they decide to marry a girl from. In forms of scandals news items about the relationships begin to appear sometimes unfolding the hidden truths or aimed at defaming the two in love. Women are among the critics, the fan followers who oppose the trend of getting married to someone not of one’s nationality or religion.
Shoaib and the Indian tennis star got married in 2010 after being friends and confessing to their relationship. Likewise Pakistani South African player got married to an Indian woman in SA. In the year 1995 legendary cricketer Imran Khan married to British woman Jemima who was the daughter of the well to-do British businessman goldsmith. Mohsin Khan in 80’s got married to Indian woman Reena Roy but their marriage ended in failure like that of  Imran Khan and the two are now divorced. Tasleem Arif, former cricketer has the same marital story who married an Australian lady.
47 year old legendary bowler Wasim Akram entered into second marriage with Australian based 30 year old public relation officer Shaniera Thompson. After the death of his wife Huma, from whom he has two sons, Wasim decided to marry the lady after being in love with her. They got married last week while the reception is expected to hold in the upcoming months of the following year. Wasim got married to Huma in the year 1995 but due to her kidney failure she couldn’t survive.
It is worthwhile here to mention that there had been scandals and news about the affair of  the legend with the Bollywood beauty Sushmita but Akram had never talked about getting married to her or having relationship with her.

Tight Jeans Banned for Muslim Women in Indonesia’s province

Meulaboh, Indonesia: Women can’t wear tight dresses in Indonesian Province Aceh after Authorities issued regulation. Ramli Mansur, head of West Aceh district has started campaign to implement this new rule.  Initially Police is providing free loose trousers to women who caught wearing jeans or tight dresses. Ramli told that this is two month campaign to enforce this regulation.
Headscarves are common not only among Muslim women but also in young girls. Many women use motorbike for travelling and therefore they wear jeans.
The rule is not for Non-Muslims but authorities are expecting respect from their side. Interestingly, this rule has been implemented only in West Aceh province.
Its merit to mention here that there are no specific punishments on violation of this rule but local leaders will impose “moral sanctions”.  This province had also punishment on pedophiles and homosexuality. On other hand, western media has rejected this rule and termed it as attack on seculars and democracy.

PTA ORDERS TO IMMEDIATELY STOP ALL CALL AND SMS PACKAGES

Telecom companies are asked to stop all kind of Voice and SMS bundles, that include daily, weekly, fortnightly and monthly packages by September 2nd, 2013 and submit a compliance report to the authority.
The letter from PTA, a copy of which is produced below, has made the social morality as a reason for the stoppage of voice and SMS bundles. The letter that reads “Directive Relating to Packages Offered by CMTOs Contrary to Moral Values of Society” reasons a survey conducted in November 2012 which suggested PTA that voice and SMS bundles were still active.
Taking the timely decision, PTA has now ordered the operators to stop the packages at once.
Omar Manzoor, Director Communications and CSR at Mobilink confirmed ProPakistani that his company received the directive late today. He said that Mobilink is reviewing the directive and will act accordingly.
Telecom operators are still unsure on how to react. Bigger operators are considerably happy about the directive which is a blessing in disguise for them. Smaller operators, such as Zong and Warid are furious for apparent reasons.
Analysts say currently the industry is derived by these voice and SMS bundles. If not reversed, the whole dynamics of telecom industry of Pakistan will change.
Conspiracy theorist say that PTA has made the case of banning the voice and SMS bundles on moral values, which is likely to be influenced by operators. They say that if operators don’t react on the decision then its apparent that this step is endorsed by the operators.
Other experts even question PTA’s ability to decide the pricing structure this way, especially when there’s no chairman or member at PTA’s head office.
Decision is a nightmare for the end users. The good old days are just gone. Now pay for each call and each SMS.
P.S. There’s no mention of Mobile internet bundles in the directive, which are likely to continue.
Here is the PTA Letter”

Petition Filed Over Restriction Of Zardari & Kayani’s Foreign Trip

Islamabad: A petition has been filed in the Supreme Court against the President Asif Ali Zardari and Chief of Army Staff General Ashfaq Pervaiz Kayani over going abroad from the country without prior permission and presenting themselves in the court.
Applicant Shahid Orakzai has filed the agreed application in constitutional petition number 92/2011. Doubts are presented by the officials over the happening of the Abbotabad and Osama bin Laden incident that points to the alleged involvement of the President in the matter.
Allegations have been leveled against Zardari that he already knew about the CI operation and he had not informed the armed officials on the directive message by the former American ambassador, Hussain Haqqani. Zardari’s involvement in the high-level violation incident is further marked by the anxiety he had shown over the investigations done with Haqqani. ‘He has asked for the interrogations to be done in his presence’, officials stated.
In the application it has been stated that the interrogations took place in the presence of the President in the President House while the Haqqani was questioned about his alleged involvement in the matter by the DG ISI Shuja Pasha, President Zardari, former Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani and COA General Ashfaq Pervaiz Kayani were present on the occasion.
The applicant said that the three men have already left the country and after completing their tenure Zardari and Kayani will also leave. It has been appealed to the court that role of Haqqani in the memo scandal is crystal clear therefore the court should impose restriction over the foreign trip of the President and the COA should be bounded to ask for permission.
