Pakistani Boy Gets 8 Years Prison for Making Immoral Video of Girl

Peshawar: A Special Court for Child Protection has ordered eight years prison to a young guy for making vulgar video of his neighboring Girl. It’s a first time in Pakistan when court gave sentence to someone for recording and making immoral pictures of children.

Earlier, Prosecutors filed application in court in which they claimed that two suspects sexually assaulted girl. They also reported that both guys also recorded lusty video of girl however Sexual Abuse claim was couldn’t proof on accused.  Misuse of Girls Pictures and Video in Pakistanis not a new issue but many cyber crime criminals are free due to improper planning from former government.

Police told media that one suspect was arrested couple of months ago while second is missing. The arrested boy is Minor and therefore we filed case according to Child Protection Act.

AN official of Child Protection Commission Khyber Pakhtunkhwa told media that in past, it was difficult to file case on abusive image and video making because of no proper law. Now special Legislations have been made regarding this and no one can escape, he added.

Applicants told police that both culprits blackmailed girl for several months and later they leaked video in Market.
